Depends: Unprotected sexual activity during one's period will not change the periods. Although lower probability, pregnancy can still occur. More importantly, unprotected sexual activity at any time increases one's risk of getting a sexually transmitted disease. Best to be checked by one's gynecologist or family doctor, especially if any symptoms of discharge, pain, fever, or missed period.
