My wife is diagnosed as having minor lumbar stenosis after which we go to know she is 6 weeks pregnant. can the stenosis worsen because of pregnancy.?

Possibly: During pregnancy their will be stresses on the spine as the uterus enlarges. Hormones will also cause some of the various ligaments to soften and allow accomodation. These changes lessen or worsen the symptoms. Good luck.
