Great Q for your OB: Combining information from an ultrasound or pelvic exam plus blood tests gives a physician the best assessment of early pregnancy and possible problems. It is, therefore, in the interest of the woman to communicate directly with her personal physician about the meaning of the pain or tenderness in light of the evaluation or exam findings.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. You should re do the HCG level in 2-3 days, if it doubles, you are pregnant. Wish you good health!
