See your OB/GYN: Some women do bleed during pregnancy. This can occur during implantation of the embryo into the uterus. However, you need to be seen by a dr. A miscarriage or a non-viable pregnancy can also present with bleeding, and your pregnancy test would remain positive for some time. Please be seen right away!
