See Doctor: Could be your gall bladder or your stomach like an ulcer, it will take a good workup to tell what it is. You can expect a thorough history, physical examination, x-rays and or ultrasound, possibly an ekg and blood work. Your description sound serious from the character of the pain, so i wouldn't wait.
