Not unusual. : Sexual intercourse involves some degree of trauma to the vaginal tissue. As a result it is not unusual to experience some bleeding after intercourse especially for a virgin. This type of bleeding will stop without any further effect. You may also feel soreness in the vulva and vagina which improves overtime. Not all post coital bleeding is normal. So if this becomes recurrent , go see your gyn.
