On a medicated cycle (250mg of clomid (clomiphene) )i had two follicles 11mm and 12mm are these good size for cd10 and is it poosible to ovulate both eggs ?

Yes: Sounds like 2 good maturing eggs on cycle day 10. You may ovulate from both if they are similar. We expect 2mm increase in size per day and ovulation to occur at about 20mm.
