Growth: Most young children have their growth registered on a chart about once a year and, over time, growth height stops somewhere between 15 and 20. After that for a few years your bone size and strength will increase and stays that way for ever (unless you have spine fractures). Your weight should be stable once your bone growth is OK. Try not to gain any more weight.
