Confused but ...yes: So I am a bit confused. If his penis was inside you, you did have contact, which most would consider sex. You can still become pregnant even if he does not ejaculate inside of you. If your discharge has an odor or you develop itching please see your local gyn doctor.

That's sex: Sounds like sex is what you had. The discharge could be semen, secretions or infection. Consider protection to be safe in the future.
