Did u do a blood: Preg test, if it is neg your gyn needs to evaluate you as you could have an ovarian cyst, endometriosis or other bowel problems causing the nausea.

Agree with Dr. P: If you have any doubt, get a blood test for HCG and repeat it in 2-3 days. If you think you may be more than 5 weeks pregnant, an ultrasound examination would be useful in ruling out a gestational sac. Wish you good health!
