Not normally: There should be no chance of fertilization unless you have an ovum and a spermatzoa meet in the distal third of your fallopian tube. If your intimacy is restricted to fondling than the chances of pregnancy are nill, however if the fondling leads to copulation you will most certainly get pregnant if the timing is right, i.e. Ovulation and romantic enviornment etc.
