Varies: Different rheumatologic conditions respond to different drugs in different people. Nsaids may be of some benefit for mild cases, but often immune-modulators are required for control (methotrexate or newer immunosuppressants like enbrel, (etanercept) humira, remicade); latter are expensive but drug companies often have programs for those without insurance.
