Akathisia , mania or: Could be lots of things. Some requiring treatment. Something called akathisia (urge to move), anxiety, hypomania... Etcetera. It is not likely to be just fibromyalgia. I would go see your doctor right away.

Makes me wonder?: Your symptoms make me wonder about several thinks, perhaps tops on my list is opiate withdrawal. As you have fibromyalgia, i wonder if you have been on opiates, aka narcotics or painkillers, and you have suddenly stopped or they've been decreased or changed. I agree with an answer from a colleague about something called akathesia which is a side effect to certain medication. Please ask your dr.

Restless legs syndro: This sounds like restless legs syndrome. This can be defined by a sleep study and there are treatments available, poor sleep can be a cause of fibromyalgia and so identifying it and treating it can help the fibromyalgia.

Savella, (milnacipran) cymbalta, ; Lyrica not aid sleep. Best: soft mattress, sleep on side hip not pained, body pillow vs. Legs, topical cannabis (oil eluted), tea of hops, essential oil lavender, eat cannabis confection before bed (if legal).
