No - don't think so: Check out http://www.Webmd.Com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-873-creatine.Aspx?Activeingredientid=873&activeingredientname=creatine. Creatine is safe enough that it's allowed for use in athletic competitions. I have not read any studies suggesting that it affects blood pressure, either raising or lowering it.
