Usually no: If you have a gonococcal urethritis (gonorrhea) or chlamydial or other urethritis, there will be at least a few extra white cells in your urine and the physician will want to know why. Herpes, shyphilis, chancroid, and hpv won't show. If you're just getting screened for recreational drugs, no one will look even for white cells.
