Not just food: Generally food alone does not change libido, unless one is very malnourished. Changes in libido and sexual stamina could result from many things -- your sexual partner and how you feel about her (or for some, him), medications, alcohol and drug use, cigarette smoking, diabetes, etc. Please see your physician for an evaluation of this concern. You might see a urologist also.
