Is it safe to take dexamethadone and flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) together?

All medication use : Should be directed by your doctor. Dexamethasone is a steroid anti inflammatory & can be used with the muscle relaxant, flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl). This is a common combination for treatment of spine issues. With use of steroids, care should be taken for ulcer or gastritis as well as a condition known as avascular necrosis which is a bone complication. Also diabetics should be carefully watched for glucose levels.
