Likely no: If you had your period, you likely are not pregnant. The fact that you had yoru period and you had a negative pregnancy test is likely indication that you can't be pregnant. Having said that, some women can get pregnant even while still on their period, so be sure if you don't want to be pregnant to use at least one (or two) forms of birth control.

Possible SE's: Being late might be due to use of Plan B. Emergency contraception symptoms can include spotting or bleeding, changes in menstrual flow or your period may be late or early). You should not be pregnant if your HPT was negative.
