Hernia: Occassionally what are called peri-umbilical hernias occur...Or a tear in the abdominal muscles or fascia allowing part of the intestine to push through the tear. Intercourse causes an increase of intra-abdominal pressure thus pushing harder on the intestine and trying to push it further through the tear. Would recommend seeing a general surgeon for evaluation.
