Muscle dysmorphia: Check out http://www.Healthyplace.Com/eating-disorders/articles/typebigorexia/ for more info re muscle dysmorphia which is commonly referred to as bigorexia in laymen's terms. Basically it's referring to someone (typically male bodybuilders) who doesn't believe s/he has enough muscle mass when most everyone else around thinks s/he has plenty. Think of it as the opposite of anorexia nervosa.

Muscle Dysmorphia: I think bigorexia is more of a slang term for a form of body dysmorphia in which someone (often body builders) believe that they are too scrawny, thin, not muscled enough despite this being contrary to the truth.
