Unlikely pregnant: When used correctly, home pregnancy tests are very reliable. So, your wife is probably not pregnant. It is normal for a woman's cycle to be slightly different from month to month. However, if she doesn't get her period in the next few days, she could consider seeing her doctor for a full evaluation.
