It can happen: Interesting that you had hellp syndrome on your 2nd but not your 1st. The highest risk would be on your 1st pregnancy. Once someone has had hellp syndrome they are at higher risk to get it again than someone who never had it. It's also true that the chances on your 3rd is lower than your chances of getting it on your 1st or 2nd. Your doc will need monitor the pregnancy closely.
