Many causes: There are many causes. Think of what touches this thin skinned area and consider what ou may be irritated by or sensitive to. Detergent or fabric softener in clothes, lotions, soaps, personal hygiene products, lubricants etc all can cause reactions. Could be a yeast infection. And genital warts may present with simply itching. Use minimal products, try otc hydrocortisone, and if persists see doc.
