Talk to someone: Be nice to yourself. Whatever you are going through, someone else has been through before, and there are many ways to get through it. Talk with a doctor or counselor for some ideas. If you dont like what they have to say, try a different one.

Shame: Hello , i'm sorry you're having difficulty. It is very difficult to assess your problem given the information you give. You need to talk with someone in person. I will say that shame is the most unrecognized problem in medicine. It is the origin of much of our problems and it is the origin of people not being able to express themselves and get help. Shame can be a vicious circle.

Shame: Shame is just about the darkest emotion people can face. It presupposes that there's an audience to our alleged wrongdoings, and that devastating judgement will be passed. Something to remember is that everyone has something they feel ashamed about; it's inescapable. Find a reputable psychotherapist to speak with. Getting it off one's chest in a safe, nonjudgmental place is the first step.
