Estrogen: Estrogens can help or hurt, even when properly used! if it is not good in pregnancy (as this get's an "x" rating there), it's probably not good when breast feeding.

No: While there there are some progestin based birth control products most of the synthetic estrogen based products like Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) fall into a group you should avoid. See:hall t, medications and mothers milk 2012, 15ed.
