Retrograde ejaculati: Tx depends on the cause. Medications do not help if there has been permanent damage to the testes or prostate from radiation or surgery. Medications work if there has been mild nerve damage from diabetes, multiple sclerosis or mild spinal cord injury. Some medications are; tricyclic antidepressants such as imipramine, antihistamines, decongestants like ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate).
