At needle site?: Maybe the big needle used to take out blood was pressing on a nerve (near the skin), and irritated it. Maybe some blood leaked out of the vein, causing a hematoma at the needle site in the vein and leading to irritation / inflammation. If symptoms aren't better each day, a primary care doctor can evaluate to see what is going on.
