I have a complex ovarian cyst that partially ruptured 3 days ago. er dr said i'd be fine in 2 days but i'm still in tremendous pain. is this normal?

I'd say yes.: You have had an ovarian cyst rupture, with blood and possibly other fluid empty into your abdominal cavity. This will likely cause a great deal of pain and reactive changes, like adhesions over time. If you haven't already , it might be wise to schedule at least an appointment with your OB dr. To get checked out if the pain persists. You might even have endometriosis which is also painful.
