Easy: Easiest way for you to find out is avoid gluten for a couple of weeks and see if your symptoms improve. Be seen by your primary care md if you don't get better.

Get tested : Celiac disease (autoimmune digestive condition from gluten) can cause these symptoms. Testing can be done with a basic blood test called. TTG IgA. Something additional tests may be required. Do not start a gluten free diet prior to getting tested as going off gluten prior to testing can create issues with diagnosis.
