No: The normal range is 4-20 depending on the lab. That being said even four is at the low range. Try to be at least 50% or higher since Folic Acid is helpful for replicating cells, fertility, possible helpful in neuromuscular disease. I recommend at least 800mcg to 1mg daily until you catch up and then taking them about 3-4x/week to maintain your levels.
