I'm pregnant i can't stop throwing up what can i do or eat ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See a doctor: If you are having difficulty keeping fluids down, you should see a physician. It's easy to get very dehydrated when you are pregnant. There are safe anti-nausea medications you can take in pregnancy. Typically bland foods, carbohydrates as best tolerated as are liquids that are tart. Ginger tea and seabands have worked for some patients. See a physician, however, if you can't hold fluids down.
