I have a 28 day cycle on day 18 of cycle and bleeding what is this ?

Bleeding: Could be from ovulation or could be from implantation of an egg. If you miss your period get a pregnancy test. If the bleeding worsens and you have pelvic pain with it you could also have an ectopic pregnancy. See your doctor.
