Call his Doctor: Most likely it is viral gastroenteritis and has to run it's course. You can help with feeding with smaller portions but more often. Emphasis on hydration. Exclude or significantly decrease milk and milk products, concentrated sweets.

Monitor urine output: A 1yo may develop v/d from various food exposures, germs, etc. If he is taking in enough fluid content to pee at least every 6h you can often monitor the situation at home & let it self heal. Keep the diet light with focus on things like applesauce, vegies, jello, macaroni(no cheese) as these are well tolerated. Have him checked if his voiding frequency declines or he begins to seem weak.
