Moderate: I do not suggest more than a 11/2 inch heels post hip replacement. I suggest you see what your surgeon says.

If she does: And they are high she may be going for a knee replacement next. She should speak to her orthopedist to see if permissible. Ideally, heel height should be kept to 2 inches or lower.
