Urologist can check: A primary care doctor or a urologist can check to see why there is pain in the shaft of the penis, and also look into the groin pain and the lack of ejaculation. An alpha-blocker such as Flomax (tamsulosin) can cause retrograde ejaculation (goes into the bladder). Pain in the shaft sounds like it needs to be taken care of, so a urologist should take a look.
