Anger episodes: Ied is episodes of rage and exposivity. It is a behavioral disorder. Mood disorder depends on which version. Both are highly treatable with cognitive behavioral therapy and sometimes with medications depending on age and specific disorder. Depending on the age of your daughter, you may be highly involved in her treatment, particularly the anger as it will require consequences and consistency.

2nd Opinion: If you're 22, then i would guess your daughter to be very young (?). If i assume correctly, those diagnoses are unusual & would recommend 2nd opinion: find a skilled clinical child & family psychologist able 2 re-assess ur child's history of difficulties (& strengths!) in the context of ur family & rest of her life. Impt 2 rule out any traumatic events & anxiety. Consider getting help as a family.
