Rectal pain perioids: I am not aware of any association between periods and true rectal pain. You may be having spasms that you are interpreting as rectal pain.

Probably not related: I'm not sure these things are related. If you are worried that you are pregnant, you should be tested. As far as the rectal pain, you can see your doctor and discuss with them.
