None: Stool color changes with diet, with hydration status, with viruses, and other causes. If your child is well, behaving normally, growing normally, eating and drinking normally, and the only problem is the color of the poop, then wipe it up and don't worry about it!

U don't treat normal: The stool color is derived from the ultra green bile added to the material as it moves through the gut.The color change is due to germ action during transit.Less germ action, less change through the yellows or browns.Since it is normal you don't treat it. It may mean stuff is moving faster. Slow it some with bananas and it may be less green.
