Not necessarily: It can be several things and it most likely isn't cancer. You need to get it checked out by a primary care doctor or gynecologist to know for sure.

No: So many benign growths are found in vagina beside cancer like cysts , warts, fibromas, only way to tell if it is cancer or not is by biopsy only . All lesions must be biopsied and send to pathology for final verdict.
