Itchy throat: You really should see a doctor, who knows what it is. Could be a simple allergy or something more serious. But you need to have someone lay their eyes on your throat before asking what it could be caused by.

Itchy throat: I agree with dr. Mutnick. Gargle with aloe vera juice twice a day. Add honey & a small amt. Of lemon juice to chamomile tea. Pour boiling water over thinly sliced ginger. Steep 5 min. In a covered pot. Add 2 to 3 tbs honey & sip. Try thyme tea. Consider making tea with 2 tsp of marshmallow root bark per 1cup of hot water (steep in a covered pot for at least 5 minutes). Drink several times a day.
