Need work up. : You need to see an ENT surgeon and have a thyroid ultrasound and possibly a ultrasound guided biopsy. Now your lung nodule needs to be followed by your primary care doctor or a pulmonologist. Fleischner society recommends 3-6 month follow up ct depending on your risk factors. Don't ignore these findings.
