Maybe: It's natural and common for women to have changes in the cells on their cervix. The degree of changes (pre-cancerous changes, for example) determines whether it's safe to proceed with pregnancy or not. This is definitely a discussion you should have with your doctor to determine what your course of action should be.

Need more info: What changes? Mild dysplasia could reverse. It would be prudent to discuss it with your obstetrician. If you do not have an obstetrician, it would be useful to get one for advice about pregnancy, even before you try to get pregnant.
