Can a blood pregnancy test be wrong? could it be to soon?

No: Usually blood tests are more sensitive than a urine pregnancy test and can detect a pregnancy earlier. If your test is negative around the time of your period, you can repeat it in 1 week. If its still negative, you are not pregnant. Best wishes Dr M
