Try a little clearer: This question is not too clear, but to take a guess at the intent, it is not uncommon for children to vomit more easily when they are sick than adults do. Sometimes mucous in the stomach from swallowed drip from the noses makes them nauseous and they do not have the self control to wait until they can get to the bathroom to vomit or rest until the nausea goes away. When in doubt, see a doctor.

Expectorate: Young children, when they have colds, frequently cough and immediately throw up mucus. This is the way they expectorate. It only lasts a few days. If however your child continues to do this, please have him or her evaluated by their doctor.
