Fatigue from SSRI: It depends on the person. I have had patients complain of some sedation on both, depending on the dose, and also some anxiety from both. All in all, from my experience, i would say Celexa has slight more sedative effect than zoloft (sertraline).

Possibly Zoloft : Both Celexa and Zoloft are known to cause fatigue. Some information seems to suggest that Zoloft causes it more, but it’s impossible to say, and either way, each medication affects each individual differently, so it could be either one (or neither).
