Depends why fatigued: It is important to know whether the fatigue is related to your pulmonary fibrosis.Pulmonary fibrosis is hard to treat and this program may help but we have to be cautious as to say it wall help the lungs and the fatigue. If the fatigue is related to the lung, improving the lung function will help the fatigue. If the fatigue is related to other issues treating the lung will not help.
