Difficult to say: Your medical issues are complicated. My advice is to gather your test results and obtain a second opinion from an internal medicine specialist or go to the emergency room if you feel bad and cannot reach a doctor to speak with. Feel better.

Get another opinion: Sorry that you can't get answers to your problem... You obviously don't feel well and need help. I would keep looking for a concerned and curious doctor; they are out there! your symptoms point to a systemic problem. An infection, or autoimmune disease could be the cause. Please get looked at by an infectious disease specialist and/or a rheumatologist.
