Should not: Unless you have a very small imperceptible mensual irregularity. Best way is to repeat the test again away from period.

No: In the absence of any vaginal bleeding or spotting and especially 1 week before start of a visible menstrual period, a positive urinalysis test for blood in the urine would be unrelated.
