What are you eating?: You have provided little about your medical or obstetrical history so i cannot address this directly. This is what i might tell my high-risk OB patients if they experience problems: call for OB appointment asap. Begin a "diary" of activity, feelings, food and water intake during the day or at least around the time of the dizzy spells. Call for help immediately if loss of consciousness or a fall.
