Maybe not related: I doubt vaginal dryness is related to the birth control pill especially since the problem is still present after stopping the pill. Schedule a visit to be evaluated for other causes like vulvar vestibulitis and lichen sclerosis.

May take some time: This is a normal occurrence with the pill for many. It may take a few weeks to resolve once you are off the pill.
